Aldi’s Sell-Out Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser Dupe is Back! Along With a New Range of Beauty Treats

May 17th is a date for a budget hunter’s diary. As we already reported, the Thursday in question is the day that Aldi releases it’s chic new interiors range – including these designer dupe boxed candles.

Now makeup lovers have a reason to rejoice too as Lacura’s new spring beauty range is due to hit the shelves at an Aldi store near you on the same date.

Included in the line up is Lacura’s sell-out Hot Cloth Cleanser, a dupe for Liz Earle’s Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser – a cult favourite of beauty fans all over the world, with one bottle sold every twenty seconds.

Aldi Hot Cloth Cleanser

Priced at just €4.99 for a 200ml bottle, the cleanser is almost €30 cheaper than the Liz Earle original, which retails for just shy of €35.

The Aldi version mimics the innovative 2-step cleansing system that has garnered the classic over 100 beauty awards, making it the most awarded cleanser in the UK.

Rich and creamy, the Lacura Hot Cloth Cleanser got the approval of beauty buffs for its ability to quickly remove all traces of make up – even stubborn mascara – and comes with a Muslin Cloth, the essential second step of the cleansing process.

But there’s more, Aldi will also be bolstering the Lacura range with new Blending Sponges (€1.99), CC Creams (€3.99) and Complex Sheet Mask (€2.99/2 pack).

The sheet masks come in three variants; pomegranate for sensitive skin, chamomile for dry and sensitive skin, and green tea for normal and combination skin.

Infused with with chamomile extract and hyaluronic acid they promise super-hydrated in just 15 minutes.

One of the few supermarkets across the UK and Ireland to guarantee its beauty ranges are not tested on animals, Aldi’s Lacura range is also Leaping Bunny certified.

This certification from Cruelty Free International confirms that no own brand Lacura beauty products are tested on animals.

The above products are available in 130 Aldi stores nationwide from Thursday, 17th May.
