Two iconic Dublin institutions, the Stena Line Dublin Horse Show and Bewley’s Grafton Street, have joined forces to celebrate one of the most exciting weeks in the city’s social calendar, with a special treat!
This year’s Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ of Ireland at the Stena Line Dublin Horse Show takes place from the August 8th- 12th and the team at Bewley’s Grafton Street has created a special limited edition Raspberry Rosette patisserie for the occasion.
The patisserie, which will be available exclusively from Bewley’s Grafton Street from Monday 6th- Sunday 12th August is priced at €8.50. This deliciously light summer treat consists of a raspberry and lychee mousse on a thin layer of raspberry and lemon jelly covered with a white chocolate glaze on a crisp dacquoise almond and pistachio base.
Col Campbell, Managing Director at Bewley’s said,
“It is with great pride that Bewley’s Grafton Street presents the Raspberry Rosette ahead of the Stena Line Dublin Horse Show. The RDS has been a source of pride to Bewley’s going back to when the Bewley family won many a rosette for their Jersey cows at the Spring Show.
These Jersey cows were brought to Ireland by the Bewleys to ensure that their produce was of the best quality. Bewley’s continues to use Jersey milk for its superior qualities. Our team has created this special patisserie to honor the Show, a fantastic event, which like Bewley’s, brings people from far and wide to Dublin City, year after year. The Raspberry Rosette will be available in Bewley’s Grafton Street for the duration of the Dublin Horse Show.”
