Avid followers of Halle, the guys at My Domaine have tracked her Insta-stories over the course of many weeks and guessed the exact ingredients based on her photos.

Breakfast

Halle has only shared one breakfast recipe, a “purium greens and beets” smoothie, which is most likely made with Purium’s Scoop of Greens supplement – which the brand describes as a “valuable aid for anyone looking to maintain healthy blood glucose levels naturally.”

The thinking is that she usually skips brekkie as she’s a fan of intermittent fasting, which is a common supplement to the keto diet and can apparently “accelerate the results”.

Lunch

Mixed greens, spiralized zucchini noodles, tomatoes, and hard-boiled eggs without the yolk.

A recipe from the Quick & Easy Ketogenic Cooking cookbook this contains canned tuna or salmon, mayonnaise, fresh chives, sea salt, cherry tomatoes, and large Boston lettuce leaves.

A bunless burger featuring ground beef or turkey, cheese, pickles, and lettuce.

A keto-friendly bolognese sauce from Headbanger’s Kitchen is served with asmall portion of green beans.

A simple combo of guacamole, steak, and a salad of mixed greens, radishes, peppers, and cucumbers.

Dinner

This vegetarian keto club salad recipe is from Ruled.Me. It combines hardboiled egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, cubed cheddar cheese, and romaine lettuce, and is finished with a dressing of sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and milk.

Another Quick & Easy Ketogenic Cooking recipe, the char here is cooked in coconut oil along with finely chopped onions and topped with an olive salsa.

A Ruled.Me recipe, this instant pot white chicken chili contains boneless, skinless chicken thighs, onion, canned diced green chilies, salt, cumin, oregano, black pepper, butter, frozen cauliflower, chicken broth, sour cream, and heavy whipping cream.
