Ireland’s First National Yoga Festival is Coming this September

With Irish people moving towards cleaner lifestyles and embracing the health and wellness trend, Ireland is set to see its first ever national yoga festival, NOURISH #YogaFSTVL this autumn. The week-long festival is dedicated solely to health, wellness and mindfulness and is taking place across the country from 17th to 23rd September.

Yoga studios, workshops and retreats all over Ireland will be opening their doors to welcome locals of all ages and abilities as part of NOURISH #YogaFSTVL. Cafés, restaurants, smoothie bars and health food shops will also be getting in on the action, offering special healthy deals, tastings and workshops to people across the country.

FSTVLR are calling for businesses across Ireland with a passion for health, fitness and wellness to get involved and showcase what their business has to offer. Every business will have complete control of their participation, which can be anything from a demonstration, class, talk, tour, healthy menus/meals/beverages or even a picnic, designed to inspire, uplift and nourish the mind, body and soul.

Instead of the standard festival model which takes people away from venues, this festival will take place right in their own premise, driving footfall for them and attracting new customers. Businesses can take part in any way they choose, and we already have some amazing businesses signed up so we can’t wait to see the unique ways they will all be celebrating the yogic way of life!”
