Dishes include Duck Liver & Port Parfait with cranberry and pink gin chutney, Grilled Nut Roast with onion gravy and beet glaze, and Roast Turkey Roulade with rosemary fondant potatoes. Then, finish with a sinful Morgan Assiette of Steamed Christmas Pudding, Chocolate Orange Parfait and Mulled Wine Poached Pear.
