Given the long hours most women spend in hair salons you would think the idea of having a substantial food menu (read: more than tea and biscuits) would already be part of many a studio’s offering.
Alas this isn’t a common practice, and as we sit patiently for our tresses to be transformed our stomachs rumble.
Now, thinking far beyond their clients hair needs, the exclusive, high fashion, hair salon Brown Sugar has introduced a breakfast and lunch menu at their South William Street salon, Dublin 2.
Teaming up with gourmet food hall Fallon & Byrne, their Creative Quarter neighbours, the menu includes Creamy Porridge with berries, and Granola with fruit, and natural yoghurt.
For lunch you can choose between the likes of a Cajun Chicken Buddha Bowl, and Falbours of the Middle East salad with tabbouleh, hummous, and yoghurt dressing. See the full menu below.
No available in Brown Sugar’s South William Street salon, the new initiative will ensure you only leave with fabulous hair and makeup, and not hunger pangs.
Brown sugar has three salons, in Blackrock, Ranelagh, and on South William Street, Dublin 2.
