Christmas Shopping at Brown Thomas Just Got a Whole Lot More Magical

Christmas shopping at Brown Thomas is always a magical affair. The excitement begins from the moment you witness the elaborate Christmas windows and are welcomed through the doors by their dapper doorman, and that’s all before you even begin to indulge your senses in the mesmerising display of designer brands.

This year the high end department store has upped the ante offering a whole host of in-store gifting services, along with musical entertainment throughout the month to add an extra sprinkling of Christmas cheer.

Central to Brown Thomas’ Christmas showcase in the Grafton Street store is The Marvel Room. Located on level one, the room is rather marvelous, showcasing a stellar display of the most desirable and unique gifts you can find in the city.

This year they have also introduced the ‘Christmas Concierge’ service, which will see a dedicated team of experts on hand to make finding the perfect gift a seamless experience – whether is a Kris Kindle gift, or a blow-out present for that someone who has everything.

Once you’ve chosen your gift, there are a number of gift wrapping stations in all Brown Thomas stores nationwide to support national and local charities.

For a donation of €5 per item, customers can have their Christmas presents elegantly wrapped, packaged and trimmed with festive red ribbon embossed with silver foil and matching gift tag.

This year, donations made in Brown Thomas Dublin will go directly to the IPSCC and Christina Noble Foundation, donations made in Brown Thomas Cork will go directly to Enable Ireland and Irish Cancer Society.

In Brown Thomas Limerick, donations will be made directly to St. Gabriel’s School and Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association and in Brown Thomas Galway, the store will be supporting Cancer Care West and the Galway Mental Health Association.

On the musical front, from December 9th to Christmas Eve, The Accessories Hall at Brown Thomas Dublin welcomes a brilliant schedule of performers, adding that wonderful festive cheer in store.

The Definitive Rat Pack will make a special appearance on Tuesday 19th December, with the original West End cast members performing their best-loved hits from 3–3.30pm and 5-5.30pm.

There will also be Christmas performances from the Dublin Gospel Choir, Sean Boland, Sonya Grimes, Sandra Oman, The Bugle Babes and Chris Engel.
