For those looking for a non-alcoholic alternative, The Ivy Dawson Street has created a delicious Gingerbread Latte (€4.50) that combines gingerbread syrup with hot milk, garnished with a pinch of ground cinnamon. Finally, for a winter take on a summer classic, try the brasserie’s Winter Bellini (€12.00).
