The Exact Super Healthy Meal Jessica Biel Makes When She’s Too Tired to Cook

Jessica Biel is killing it right now. She’s running her own production company, Iron Ocean Films, and also is in the process of creating a collection of yoga clothes with Gaiam for Kohl’s.

How does she do it all and continue to look amazing while doing it? She makes sure she fits in healthy home cooked meals, no matter how little time she has.

“I’m a big fan of easy-make, easy-bake vegan purees, which I think can be a nice, light supper option,” Jessica says, as reported by The Zoe Report.

Jessica simply grabs some veggies, butternut squash and broccoli are some of her favourites, and purees them fr a super healthy, and even easier to whip up, meal.

“You cook the vegetables, roasting them in the oven, adding salt, pepper, and your favorite spices,” she explains.

“Then, you put it in the blender and boom—you’ve made yourself a really light, really healthy, gorgeous soup that anybody can enjoy pretty easily.”

 
This recipe really couldn’t be any easier, and not only are the vegetables highly nutritious blending your veggies makes it easier for the body to digest.

This factor makes it an ideal late night meal option.

Pureed Veggies Recipe

Ingredients:

– Preferred veggie, such as sweet potatoes, broccoli, or squash
– Salt to taste
– Ground pepper to taste

1. Roast preferred veggies in the oven at 450°F for 10 to 15 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.

2. Add to blender or food processor. Blend until a soupy liquid.
