The Exact Low-Carb Meal Plan Khloé Kardashian Follows

Khloé Kardashian gave birth to her first child, True, in April, and admits she’s been closely keeping a close eye on her diet and it’s obviously working.

The health-conscious star is working with celebrity nutritionist Dr. Goglia to get her health back on track and regain her pre-baby figure,

In recent post on her website she shared the details of the exact low carb diet she’s following – and it’s *all* about the snacks.

“I’m currently on a low-carb diet that my nutritionist, Dr. Goglia, gave me,” she wrote in the post.

Low-carb diets restrict carbohydrates (pasta, bread, and sugary foods) which can be a killer for cravings.

To combat this Khloé keeps her blood sugar stable all day long with plenty of protein rich snacks.

“It has lots of protein, so I’m able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I’m never hungry because I’m always eating!”

Here’re the exact mini meals Khloé makes sure to eat in-between main meals on her low-carb meal plan.

Before the Gym

Khloé isn’t a fan of fasted exercise it seems. “If you’re working out early in the morning, you need some energy,” she explains.

“Dr. Goglia recommends one tablespoon of jam with one tablespoon of almond butter,” she says, noting that Justin’s is her favorite brand.

After the Gym

Kardashian says that a post-gym snack is crucial to fuel your body, she says.

“What you eat when you’re done working out is so important. I have two eggs (they can be poached, over easy or scrambled) with one cup of oatmeal and another of fresh fruit, like berries.”


Midmorning the mom of one opts for piece of fruit, preferably based on seasonality, mid-morning to keep her going through to lunch.

Early Afternoon

To tackle afternoon hunger pangs she has another healthy snack. “Don’t let yourself get hungry. Have a piece of fruit with a handful of almonds,” she says.

Late Afternoon

Almonds pop up again late afternoon, she reaches for them again before dinner and writes, “to hold you over until dinner, grab another handful of almonds with a cup of vegetables, like cherry tomatoes.”
