This event series of talks could be right up your street if you have just bought your new home or if you are planning a home improvement and don’t know where to start. Budgets can get very confusing during the build and redesign of your home.

Architect Denise O’Connor, founder of Optimise Design and Optimise Home, presents a new series of informative talks with a panel of building & design experts that promises to give you the inside track on what you need to know when renovating your home.

Roebuck Residence

The first in the series will take place on Wednesday, 27th March at The Dean Hotel. Denise O’Connor will be joined on the panel by Madeline Lyons: Property Editor of the Irish Times, Building Contractor: Mark Smith, Quantity Surveyor: Michael Walsh and Neuroscientist: Dr. Michael Keane.

Over the course of the event not only will you get all of the practical advice that you need to set yourself up for a successful home improvement project but you’ll also get insights into the science behind how a well-designed home can greatly enhance your wellbeing.

With over 20 years of experience designing homes, and having recently renovated her own home in Dublin, Denise says:

“Putting myself in my clients’ shoes was an eye-opening experience. Renovating your home is one of the biggest investments you and your family will make in your lifetime so getting good advice from the start will be invaluable and can make all the difference to your renovation project. Our event is a great opportunity for anyone considering a build but unsure about where to start or how to make the most of their budget.”
