The successful partnership between Nespresso and The Marker Hotel on ‘Le Drunch’ is being reignited for September 2019. The Marker Hotel Executive Chef Gareth Mullins has created an exceptional menu for ‘Le Drunch’ which will take place every Sunday during September in The Brasserie, at The Marker Hotel.
Renowned DJs Tara Stewart and Sally Cinnamon, will be the guest DJs, bringing a chilled vibe to this special dining experience.
The Marker Hotel Executive Head Chef Gareth Mullins said,
“We had a great response to the ‘Le Drunch’ last year and are delighted to collaborate with Nespresso again. This year’s menu reflects the laid back and fun atmosphere of the ‘Le Drunch’ and I think it will be a great success again. The selection of Nespresso coffees work well with the menu.”
A relaxed dining experience, guests can look forward to enjoying a delicious specially created menu for ‘Le Drunch’ which features Chef Gareth’s signature Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Waffles, paired with Honey and Dill Cucumber. BBQ Monkfish and Prawn Skewers are served with Corn Fritters and Chimichurri sauce. For dessert, a rich Chocolate Mousse and white Chocolate Macaroon and dark Chocolate Éclair is a delicious indulgence.
A selection of Nespresso coffees have been paired with the rich dessert for the perfect ending to the dining experience. Guests will be presented with a choice of a Latte, Cappuccino, or Macchiato using the carefully selected Nespresso Espresso Leggero, Nespresso Lungo Forte and Nespresso Espresso Origin Brazil.
For an extra treat, a delicious cocktail, the Origin Horchatta Cocktail has been specially created. Featuring Nespresso Espresso Origin Brazil and Gold Rum, with Vanilla Syrup, Oat Drink, Almond Drink, Spiced Syrup, Cinnamon Sticks, Toasted Pine Nuts, Nibbed Pistachio and Mint Sprigs.

‘Le Drunch’ in collaboration with Nespresso with DJ Tara Stewart and DJ Sally Cinnamon takes place on Sunday 1st, 8th, 15th, 22ndand 29thof September from 2-4pm.
