Commenting on the opening, Jessica Nolan, Flax and Beets founder, ‘I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for quite a few years now and really saw a gap in the market for a nutritional and functional food eatery. The main objective with Flax & Beets is to educate the Irish consumer about the importance of nutrition and to understand why certain foods are good/harmful to their health’.
