Flax & Beets’, (formally Noughtie Kitchen), is a brand-new nutritional haven on the top floor of the Powerscourt Centre. Offering naturally functional food, the ‘Flax & Beets’ menu has been designed by medicinal chefs. Catering for vegan, keto and gluten free diets and providing no nonsense healthy salads, nutritional soups, cold-press juices and smoothies to name a few.
Commenting on the opening, Jessica Nolan, Flax and Beets founder, ‘I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for quite a few years now and really saw a gap in the market for a nutritional and functional food eatery. The main objective with Flax & Beets is to educate the Irish consumer about the importance of nutrition and to understand why certain foods are good/harmful to their health’.
Located on the top floor of the Powerscourt Centre, and just a two-minute walk from Grafton street with its beautiful Georgian setting, Flax and Beats is the perfect pitstop from a day in the shops or during your lunch break to enjoy guilt-free, healthy, wholesome and delicious food to eat in or take away.
