Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Do you constantly feel too busy to prioritise yourself? (or to even think about prioritising yourself) Do you ever think to yourself that you could just do with a bit of time and space to reset?
Well a new series of retreats is launching in Ireland that’s designed to help you do just that, reset,
The Reset designed by women for women looking to make changes for a healthier, happier life, but are struggling to get started.
The Reset hosts its first retreat in the stunning Loughcrew Estate in County Meath: a historic house set in 17th and 19th Century Irish landscape, with scenic gardens and pleasure walks on-site which retreat guests will be able to explore.
The first Reset retreat will run from 29th June – 1st July 2018, with further dates available 12-14th October 2018 and 25-27th January 2019.
According to a statement from the The Reset the retreats “will provide a get-away for those who want to make changes to their work or daily routines and know they are capable of getting more from life but don’t know how to get started.”
“The Reset will create a supportive environment in which to share and reflect on reality and goals and provide the tools and space needed for women to unplug and reconnect with what they want from life and how they can achieve it.”
Sounds just like something we need!
The Reset was created by two Dublin based women with a passion for health and wellbeing.
Lauren Healy (@the_nutritionist_foodie) is an accountant recently turned Nutritional Therapist and Vicky Shilling (@theflourishingpantry) is a classical music tour manager, now a full-time blogger and wellness event host.
The two met through Health Bloggers Community meet-ups in Dublin and quickly realised they both wanted to help other women make similar changes to their career and health.
After speaking to friends and surveying their audiences on social media, Lauren and Vicky identified a niche in Ireland for truly holistic retreats for women who wanted to kick start a healthier life for themselves.
