One of the most eagerly awaited dates in the Dublin summer calendar, The House of Peroni Residency, is almost here.Running until Sunday, 15th July, 2018, The House of Peroni Residency will open in an exciting new space complete with terrazza bar, kitchen, and fashion studio at 130-133 St Stephen’s Green, just off Grafton Street in Dublin 2.

The House of Peroni 2018 residency will become the home of Sprezzatura, championing up and coming craftsmanship and creativity across food, drink and fashion. This can be seen in the restaurant and bar food menus which were created by celebrated young chefs, Grainne O’Keefe of Clanbrassil House and Hugh Higgins, formerly of Luna.

Together, Grainne and Hugh have worked with the best Irish food producers to create a mouth-watering menu of contemporary Italian dishes to be served in both the restaurant and bar at The House of Peroni Residency.
