The Schweppes Alchemy Bar opened its doors to Christmas revellers at Yuleyard on Wednesday evening, 21st November 2018. Guests at the launch party were treated to an array of Christmas cocktails designed to ring in the most magical time of the year, all in the new Dublin city centre foodie winter wonderland created by the people behind Eatyard.

The Alchemy Bar showcased Schweppes’ expanding range of premium mixers, each one designed to perfectly complement the finest white and dark spirits. Merrymakers swapped their regular G&Ts for jolly Jingle and Tonics, and indulged in warming Golden Spices – Irish whiskey with Schweppes Golden Ginger Ale, garnished with spicy fresh ginger and lime. A hot cocktail made from Schweppes’ newest premium mixer, Muscovado, was also enjoyed by the chillier members of the crowd.

Grooming success, was there to sample the flavours on offer, along with TV presenter, James Patrice, and fashion photographer Evan Doherty. DJ and model January Russell Winters also joined in the fun with bloggers, Ciara O’Doherty and Tiffany Brien, stylist, Clementine MacNeice, and FM104’s Man About Town, Rob Kenny.

The Schweppes Alchemy Bar is open to the public at Yuleyard at 9-10 South Richmond Street, Dublin 8 from 22nd November to 23rd December. Opening hours are 12 midday to 10pm, Thursday to Sunday. As well as Schweppes’ Christmas cocktails, visitors can enjoy festive food from many of Eatyard’s regular vendors, along with craft workshops, Christmas entertainment and festive fun.
