Where can you find 25 world-class chefs, 20 top restaurants, and 120 cookery masterclasses all in one place? Taste of Dublin 2018 that’s where.
Food enthusiasts from all over the country will converge in style at Ireland’s premier food and drink festival from the 14th to the 17th of June at the Iveagh Gardens, Dublin 2.
This year’s festival promises to be one of the most exciting to date, with a host of exciting new features in the mix to add even more flavour to the occasion as all involved have embraced the spirit of this year’s theme: ‘Food Lover’s Playground.’
The chef line-up includes Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, the Great British Bake Off’s Candice Brown, Executive Chef Anna Haugh, Aoife Noonan of Glovers Alley, Ed Cooney of the Merrion Hotel, Kevin Dundon of Dunbrody House, Rachel Allen of Ballymaloe, and Robin Gill, of The Dairy and Masterchef judge.
Taste of Dublin 2018 boasts the festival’s biggest ever demo stage: the ‘The Neff Taste Kitchen’ where attendees will have the opportunity to watch their favourite culinary idols cook their best recipes.
World Class Spirits and Taste of Dublin have joined forces to unveil the ultimate in luxury drinks experiences. Visitors will be invited to explore fresh and innovative cocktails and masterclasses.
For the first time, the World Class Bartender of the Year Competition will bring its Irish final to Taste of Dublin with the winner being crowned live at The Iveagh Gardens on Sunday the 17th.
In the line-up of restaurants the food lovers theme will be showcased by such restaurants as: Greene’s of Cork, Roly’s Bistro, China Sichuan, The Port House, Saba, Suesey Street, Pickle and Jaipur.
“Taste of Dublin is a four-day gastronomic experience that brings so many styles of food and experiences together. It really is the ultimate food lover’s playground!” commented Taste of Dublin Managing Director, Avril Bannerton.
