Kardashian has developed a pre-shower power workout that helps her stay toned.
“If I know bikini time is coming up or I have a trip or something that I want to be extra in shape for, I’ll do dips on my bathtub for my triceps. I’ll try to do three sets of 25 a day,” she tells Us Weekly.
“And then no matter what, I always do 100 squats before I get in the shower because I won’t forget it. It’s my time.”
Many of the things the Kardashian’s do are pretty extreme, but this one is actually really doable.
It almost ties into the ‘piggybacking‘ trend of adding in simple exercises to your daily routine, helping you tone up without even putting in much effort.
Even if you can’t fit in a workout you can surely squeeze in few squats while you wait for your serum to absorb?
Apparently Christie Brinkley is a fan of doing leg lifts while brushing her teeth.
Besides, working up a sweat right next to your shower kind of makes a lot of sense, and you’ll totally deserve an extra few minutes in there after all those squats.
