On Easter Monday, 22nd April, Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa, the new style partner for Most Stylish Lady at Fairyhouse Racecourse, will welcome singer – songwriter, Una Healy, as this year’s head judge. An exciting day in the racing and style calendar, the €500,000 Boylesports Irish Grand National and Most Stylish Lady officially kicks off the racing and style season.
The historic racing festival attracts over 25,000 people over three days, and the Most Stylish Lady competition on Easter Monday is the main off-track attraction. Una Healy will join executive producer of Xpose, Debbie O’Donnell, and Gráinne Ross, managing director of Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa, to choose the most stylish lady on the day. The theme of this year’s Most Stylish Lady is Country Chic, and the judges will look for a lady who has dressed to impress, with her personal take on the theme, and of course, the essential race day head-piece.
This year, the winning lady will receive the best prize for the event to date – a trip to Nashville! The prize includes an overnight stay in Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa with dinner, then a private transfer to Dublin Airport, where the winner will enjoy the on-demand luxury services of Platinum Services, including their very own private suite, access to full bar and menu options, shower facilities and more. The winner will then be whisked away for four nights to the luxurious Bobby Hotel in Nashville.
Una Healy is excited to visit Co. Meath for this event, saying: I am always so impressed by how women bring such style, elegance, and colour to racing events in Ireland. I know that the task of picking just one lady to receive this wonderful prize, with my fellow judges, will be a difficult one. Mostly, I’ll be looking for a lady whose personality shines through in what she is wearing, and for someone who interprets the Country Chic theme in her own unique way.
The highly anticipated style event at Fairyhouse has traditionally been known to find new and unique winners through the years such as army captain, Catherine Lundon, from Mullingar, Garda Ciara Murphy from Dunboyne, and last year’s winner, Michelle Fallon, who designed her own hat with accessories from Penneys.
Ladies hoping to take part can register at the Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa Most Stylish Lady marquee beside the parade ring in Fairyhouse, from 12 noon on Easter Monday, 22nd April, 2019.
