Last night on TV3 Xposé announced that they are teaming up Benefit Cosmetics to launch the Xposé Benefit Awards.
Taking place on February 1st 2018 the awards will recognise and celebrate inspirational people across beauty, fashion, entertainment, design and as well as Irish wave makers.
Voting is now open and you can vote for your favourite across 11 categories until Sunday January 21st 2018.
Nominees for the Best Beauty Influencer Popular award include Chloe Boucher, Pippa O’Connor, Jennifer Rock, Ellen Kavanagh, and Aimee Connolly.
MUAs Tara O’Farrell, Paula Callan, Leonard Daly, and Jody Wong are up for the Best Session Makeup Artist title.
While Love Island’s Chris and Kem, Graham Norton, and James Patrice will battle to be named Best Male TV Star.
Their female counterpart’s Vogue Williams, Amanda Byram, and Lucy Kennedy are among those up for Best Female TV Star.
The Best Fashion Stylist award will be hotly contested by Ireland’s leading stylists including Courtney Smith, Ingrid Hooey, and Darren Feeney.
One of the most unique catoegories is that of Wavemakers (Thought Provokers), described as “those who strive to improve the lives of others, dedicating their time and energies the quality of life within Irish society.”
Nominees include Sinead Burke for ‘Minnie Melange’, Brendan Courtney for ‘We Need to Talk About Dad,’ and Andrea Horan for ‘Hunreal Issues.
Dylan Bradshaw, Andrew Fitzsimons, and Pam Morrison will go head to head to be crowned the Best Session Hairstylist Hairdressers, who operate on a fully freelance basis or do editorial session work.
Other categories include Best Male Star of the Big Screen, Best Female Star of the Big Screen, Best Irish Designer, and Best High Street Range.
